The Receptionist at Medford Leas is responsible for welcoming and assisting staff, residents, and visitors, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves handling incoming calls, including emergencies and resident-related service calls, and providing various administrative services to support residents, their families, staff, and visitors.
The Receptionist works collaboratively with all departments and serves as a liaison to communicate requested information and provide guidance. They must communicate positively and use good judgment to respect confidentiality and protect the privacy of residents, family members, and employees.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 3:30pm-8:30pm
1 Weekend per Month: Saturday & Sunday (9:30am-6pm)
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a High School Diploma or GED.

1-3 Years of administrative or equivalent healthcare-related experience.

Computer literacy with competency in Word, Excel, and willingness to learn new programs.

Demonstrate professional articulation in both written and oral communication.

Annual Flu Vaccination Required.
