NOW HIRING: Assistant Project Manager/Estimator
We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator for our Pavement Marking Division. We are looking for a driven, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the pavement marking industry from an experienced team while developing the skills necessary to build a successful career in project management and estimating. You will work alongside experienced project managers, estimators and operations personnel to gain firsthand experience in how projects are bid, planned, and executed. As your knowledge and experience grow, so will your responsibilities, with a clear path toward independently managing projects, customers, and business relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in preparing estimates and bid proposals for pavement marking projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing calculations
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project logistics
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and production performance
- Work directly with customers, vendors, and field personnel
- Assist with project documentation, billing, and change orders
- Visit project sites to gain firsthand knowledge of field operations
- Learn the technical, financial and operational aspects of managing construction projects
Competitive hourly pay: ($65,000 - $85,00 DOE)

Preferred, But Not Required:
- Construction, operations, logistics, or project coordination experience
- Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- Experience reading plans and specifications
- Experience leading crews, managing schedules, or coordinating operations
