This is Senior Service Writer's Position - Experience required either at a Franchise Dealership or an Aftermarket Service establishment. We will work with the right candidate to effectively accomplish the job. This job could be a direct path towards becoming a Service Manager at one of our 15 Stores in Mid Missouri in the future. This a Commission job with High Income Potential
What You’ll Do:
- Meet Customers on the Service Drive
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Make recommendations as to Service Needs using our Tools
- Coordinate communication between customers and the service team
- Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and confidently
- Ensure a positive customer experience from drop-off to delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
