We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a fast-growing urgent care organization with multiple locations throughout the Los Angeles area. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoy practicing with a high degree of autonomy, and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Providers work three 12-hour shifts per week and play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries

Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
-
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing
-
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope of practice
-
Perform urgent care procedures as needed

Manage patient flow and ensure efficient throughput

Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care

Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent situations
-
Active California Nurse Practitioner license
-
Current national board certification (AANPCB or ANCC)

Active California Physician Assistant license
-
Current NCCPA certification
-
Minimum of 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience

Minimum of 1 year of solo provider experience

Active DEA registration
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
