Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Operate POS systems such as Square POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in both the kitchen and bar areas, adhering to food handling regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service and smooth operations
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support event setups and service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or sales totals
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for sales processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
- Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
