Responsibilities

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their development.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services.
- Foster communication skills through interactive activities, storytelling, and group discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Strong background in curriculum implementation tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential.
