Westfield Family Dental is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant (RDA/EFDA) to join our growing practice. Your Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in both the patient experience and the daily flow of the practice. Responsibilities include:
- Providing chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilization protocols
- Taking digital radiographs, intraoral scans, impressions, and clinical photographs
- Assisting with restorative dentistry, crowns, implants, ClearCorrect, and advanced procedures
- Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintaining equipment, operatories, and inventory
- Working closely with the doctor and team to keep the day running smoothly
What We're Looking For
RDA or EFDA
1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred
Dependable and professional
Friendly, confident communicator
Strong organizational skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Eaglesoft experience is a plus
