Overview:
Join our team at Ellis Towing LLC as a Dispatcher and play a crucial role in coordinating towing operations. We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the efficient scheduling and dispatching of towing services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Utilize transportation management systems such as Tow Books
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for all dispatch activities
- Utilize GPS and other tools for effective planning
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to optimize routes and enhance overall efficiency
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
