Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Onboarding Specialist to join our team and drive the seamless integration of new talent into our organization. This energetic role involves managing the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our company values. You will coordinate recruitment efforts, facilitate candidate engagement, and support new employees as they transition into their roles, all while promoting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored onboarding plans
- Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct interviews and assist in talent sourcing strategies across various channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and campus recruitment initiatives
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions, ensuring new team members understand company policies, culture, and expectations
- Support HR legal compliance by adhering to employment law standards during onboarding activities
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to foster a welcoming environment that encourages long-term engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and high-volume recruitment environments (Preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage candidate sourcing effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates through cold calling and research techniques
- Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro or similar talent management software
- Knowledge of employment & labor law as it relates to onboarding and employee relations
- Ability to handle technical recruiting tasks and HR legal compliance requirements confidently
- Skilled in relationship management, social media marketing (recruitment), and employee orientation practices
- Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards including employment law in talent management and HR sourcing strategies
