We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and passionate Nurse Injector (RN or NP) to join our high-end aesthetic practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their injection technique, dedicated to delivering natural-looking results, and driven to grow professionally in a supportive, luxury environment.
We are looking for someone who is assertive, confident, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of their role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, making informed decisions, and stepping into a leadership role within their area of expertise.
Position Overview
The Nurse Injector will be responsible for administering cosmetic injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin, and Juvéderm.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough patient consultations and assessments
- Creating personalized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, facial anatomy, and aesthetic needs
- Performing cosmetic injectable treatments with an emphasis on safety, precision, and natural-looking results
- Educating patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient documentation
- Building strong, lasting relationships with patients
- Providing an exceptional, luxury patient experience
- Maintaining knowledge of current aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
- Taking initiative and contributing ideas to help grow the aesthetics side of the practice
- Representing Arrowhead Medical & Wellness Center professionally both in person and online

Minimum Requirements
- Active RN or NP license in Arizona or applicable state, in good standing
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques
- Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail
- Warm, professional, and client-centered communication style
- Confident, assertive, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership within your role
- Strong commitment to patient safety and exceptional patient care
