Job Description
- Handle complex, high-stakes mass tort litigation from investigation through resolution.
- Conduct fact and expert witness depositions and help develop compelling case strategies.
- Research, draft, and prepare high-quality legal documents, motions, correspondence, and case materials.
- Partner with medical, technical, industry, and other outside experts to strengthen litigation strategy.
- Manage case details, deadlines, discovery, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop long-term litigation strategies designed to protect client interests.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a collegial, client-focused environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, experts, and other case stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of litigation experience.
- Active New Jersey or New York bar licenses.
- Experience conducting fact and expert witness depositions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation practice.
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
