Job scope
-Mostly custom housing and new construction
-Company vehicle, tools, and merchandise provided
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience:
- Experience as a Journeyman Plumber
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to effectively use power tools and equipment related to plumbing work
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience in construction plumbing is preferred
