Long‑Lewis Auto Group is looking for a Rental Clerk to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reserving vehicles, ensuring a smooth and friendly rental experience from the first call to the final handshake. About the Role:
The Rental Clerk provides outstanding customer service while assisting customers with rental reservations. This includes responding to calls and inquiries, coordinating vehicle availability, and supporting the rental department’s daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 1 year of Rental Car Service experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong administrative, organizational, computer, and phone skills
Pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
