We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tennis Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tennis club at various Gwinnett County Public Schools. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for tennis, ensuring an exceptional experience for all students. This role involves managing staff, lesson planning, and maintaining the overall functionality of the program.
Duties
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and employee orientation.
- Manage daily operations including lesson planning, maintaining equipment, and inventory management.
- Provide leadership in resolving any issues or concerns raised by students, parents, and other coaches.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
- Excellent leadership qualities with prior experience in coaching and supervising teams.
- A genuine passion for tennis and a commitment to enhancing the student experience at our participating schools.
