About the Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our heavy-duty vehicle fleet and industrial equipment. You will play a vital role in maximizing operational uptime by performing expert diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on diesel and gas-powered machinery.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules, including fluid flushes, filter replacements, and lubrication to extend equipment lifespan.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions using advanced schematics and diagnostic software.

Perform structural repairs and fabrication tasks, including welding, to maintain the integrity of production-critical equipment.

Operate fuel and lube service vehicles to provide on-site support for heavy machinery in the field.

Utilize a wide array of hand and power tools to complete precision repairs on engines, hydraulic systems, and braking components.

Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness in the shop, ensuring all work complies with DOT regulations and internal safety protocols.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar heavy equipment role.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and regeneration systems.

Proficiency in performing preventative maintenance, including tire installation and brake system service.

Must possess a personal set of standard and metric tools required for heavy-duty mechanical work.

Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in environments with varying noise levels and airborne particles.

Prior experience as a dedicated Lube Technician or Truck Tire Installer.

Strong understanding of DOT compliance and heavy-duty vehicle safety standards.

Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving mechanical issues before they lead to equipment failure.
