We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our dynamic Restaurant Lounge. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and demonstrates strong knowledge of food, beverage, and nightlife service.
This role requires professionalism, efficiency, strong sales abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Our venue transitions throughout the day, requiring team members who can adapt seamlessly between high-volume brunch service, elevated dinner service, and an late-night lounge atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for all guests.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining service standards and attention to detail.
- Achieve and maintain a 90-minute table turn goal during peak brunch and dinner service periods.
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food offerings, cocktails, wine, spirits, and featured promotions.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase check averages through food, beverage, and premium spirit recommendations.
- Promote and sell bottle service, and elevated guest experiences.
- Collaborate with management, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to ensure smooth service execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Process guest payments accurately through the Toast POS system and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, training manual standards, and operational procedures.
- Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, nightlife, or lounge environments preferred.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Experience with upselling, bottle service sales, VIP experiences, and guest relationship building preferred.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work brunch, dinner, late-night, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be reliable, professional, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
