Job Title: Fire Watch Security Officer (Immediate Hiring)
Immediate openings available! We are seeking dependable, alert, and professional unarmed security officers to join our growing team. These positions are responsible for providing temporary and emergency security coverage for properties impacted by fire, helping protect buildings, assets, and surrounding areas from unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other potential hazards. This role requires individuals who can respond quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a strong security presence while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide emergency security services at fire-damaged residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Secure watch while buildings are under construction for potenital fire hazards. Secure buildings and establish a visible security presence immediately following fire or other emergency incidents.
- Monitor access points and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct routine foot patrols of the property and surrounding areas
- Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or security concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- .Coordinate with fire departments, law enforcement, property owners, and other emergency personnel as needed.
- Respond professionally and effectively to emergencies while following company policies and procedures.
- Protect property from theft, vandalism, trespassing, and additional damage.
Qualifications
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, fire watch, or emergency response experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to respond to emergency call-outs.
- Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, or other emergency response certifications are a plus.
