About the role
Concrete Foreman is responsible for leading their crews and assisting with the flow and coordination of all concrete materials, accessories and installations. Below you will see the roles, responsibilities and expectations All-Phase Concrete Construction would expect from a concrete foreman.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and filed leadership to understand daily construction plans and assignments in order to lead crews to execute projects.
- Read, review and interpret blueprints/shop drawings and other documents to fully and properly execute all projects
- Perform concrete layouts and establish elevations from given benchmarks to provide top of wall, top of column, top of slab and slab shoring.
- Monitor and control crew production and labor rates to achieve and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Set the standard for quality of work.
- Provide feedback for field employee reviews
- Lead by example and ensure all policies and procedures are enforced and followed to create a safe work environment.
Location & commitments
- Full Time
- Job Site Locations vary based on incoming bids (Most jobs are in the Denver Metro Area)
- Ability to work in uncontrolled environmental conditions (constant change in weather / site conditions)
- Ability to work different shifts and overtime as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Concrete Foreman or Superintendent role
- Commercial construction experience
- Review and interpret blueprints/shop drawings.
- Strong attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to perform at a high level under strict deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with field leaders and crew.
- Understands timelines given and deadlines.
- Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to take direction and delegate duties.
- Track and control crew labor & production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
