We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Conduct thorough custodial services in both commercial and residential settings as needed.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any needs for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing all cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- MUST pass a background check.
- MUST pass a drug test.
- Show proof of having or willingness to get the following vaccines: Varicella, MMR, Tetanus, and Hepatitis B
- Pass a TB test.
- MUST Be Dependable.
- Must have your own reliable car.
