Description:
A Personal Care Assistant provides personalized care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities due to disability, illness, or age-related conditions. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, and providing companionship. The main goal of a Personal Care Assistant is to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Experience working in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, compassion, and empathy.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Physical stamina and ability to lift or transfer clients if needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Standard motor vehicle report and proof of car insurance.

A physical and TB test results.
-
CNA Certification or must take PCA test with agency.
