Hand and Stone Massage and Med Spa in Kenwood is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician who is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment.
Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, Nano-infusion, Ultrasonic as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels. We partner with best-in-class brands including Image Skincare, Dermalogica and ClarityRx.
Our esthetician's work hand-in-hand with our Nurse Practitioner to offer clients best in class aesthetics and injectables to achieve optimal results.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- Refer clients to our med spa when appropriate

Job Requirements:
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- One year esthetics/facial experience
- Carry liability insurance
- Active Esthetics License in the State of Ohio
