Join Our Brand-New Team! We are opening a brand-new, ground-up salon and seeking upbeat, licensed stylists and barbers to help us build an incredible culture from day one! If you love connecting with clients and want a supportive, high-energy environment, this is a rare chance to grow your career as our business expands.
Because this is a brand-new, high-traffic location, the earning potential is huge right from the start. You'll get a guaranteed $12/hr base to begin, and we expect most of our stylists to quickly increase their base and average $20 to $25/hr with tips.

What you bring to the team
To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you’ll need:
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture

Pay: $23.15 - $27.88 per hour
