Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial HVAC Mechanic, Changeout/Commissioning Lead or Helper where your expertise will drive the success of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across diverse commercial properties. . Duties
- Install various ducting, piping and equipment in multiple settings such as retail spaces, banks, schools and industrial businesses.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to optimize performance and longevity.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and leak prevention.
- Operate company vehicles safely in compliance with all driving regulations while transporting tools or equipment to job sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related HVAC or mechanical fields.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles.
- Mechanical knowledge of boilers, air conditioning units, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
