About the Role:
Keller Williams is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Market Center Administrator (MCA) to oversee the financial operations, compliance, and administrative leadership of our Market Center. This role is the operational backbone of the office and a key leadership position supporting agents, staff, and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong accounting and administrative skills, and enjoys creating systems that drive efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and commission disbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
- Ensure compliance with Keller Williams policies and state regulations
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of agents and staff
- Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative systems
- Support recruiting and retention efforts through exceptional customer service
- Assist leadership with reporting, forecasting, and goal tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or operations experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with accounting software preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
