We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with patients. LPN responsibilities include triaging patients, reconciling medications and problem lists, care management and follow up call and working closely with the providers. The LPN role is to be a part of treatment teams, providing support and assisting with patient care plans. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who has experience in the medical sector. A passion for helping others is key in this role. You will be responsible for working under a Nurse Practitioner, but you should also have a strong understanding of patient care procedures. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide high-quality patient service and care while protecting the health of those under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with caring for patients.
- Take vital signs.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Perform various medical tests, procedures and treatments.
- Apply special dressings, splints and positioning devices.
- Operate basic medical equipment.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
