Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer a variety of treatments, including facials, peels, extractions, body treatments, all waxing services (including brazilian), lash lift, tinting, radiofrequency, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, LED therapy. Must strictly adhere to UHW treatment protocols.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, lifestyle adjustments, and recommended products to achieve optimal results.
- Drive sales of skincare products, supplements, and facial memberships by providing expert recommendations and promoting long-term client relationships.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development. As an Esthetician at UBH, your sales to service ratio must equal at least 30%. You will also participate in opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Valid Esthetician license in Idaho.
- Proven experience in administering a range of skincare treatments and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to promote client return, sell skincare products, supplements, and facial memberships.
- Availability to work weekends; weekend shifts are mandatory for success in this role.
