Responsibilities

- Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently across designated areas.
- Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that meet customer needs while enhancing sales volume.
- Manage pricing strategies effectively by understanding market trends and adjusting offers to maximize profitability.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling merchandise, supplies, or equipment to ensure timely delivery and proper stock placement.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, route schedules, and customer interactions for accurate reporting.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on building client relationships.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is highly preferred.
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and order totals accurately.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with merchandising and product delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate with customers.
- Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently, keep track of inventory, and plan daily activities.
