Instrumental Advisors is a boutique investment and financial planning firm founded and managed by Brook Menees, a Kansas City native who has been a Financial Advisor for nearly 35 years. He is looking for a person who would enjoy:
a. Contacting clients by phone, email, and text to schedule meetings or remind them of upcoming meetings.
b. Assisting with inbound calls, handling client requests, and setting TODO's for staff.
c. Helping him prepare for impending client meetings.
d. Sending clients eCards for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, get well, etc.
e. Assisting with estate planning documents (copying, scanning, notebook preparation, etc.)
f. Managing other projects that Brook and/or other staff need help with when overwhelmed .
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
