What You'll Own
- Daily operations of a high-volume, 12-chair shop
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing barbers
- Building the schedule and keeping chairs full
- Inventory and product ordering
- Booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint
- Equipment upkeep and a clean, sanitary, code-compliant shop
- Upholding CTC's standard on every cut, every client

What You Bring
- Prior management or lead experience in a barbershop or salon
- Working knowledge of men's cuts, fades, shaves, and grooming products
- Sharp communication — with the team and the chair
- Organization that holds up when the lobby's packed
- SC barber license preferred (or willingness to get licensed)
