Creek, AZ. Five years in and still growing — we specialize exclusively in EV charger
installations, Tesla Powerwall and battery backup systems, solar electrical work, panel
upgrades, and residential service and troubleshooting. We’re a Tesla Certified Installer and
run an all-electric company fleet — we practice what we preach.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced residential electrician or installer who can work alongside
our lead technician and handle installs with confidence and minimal supervision. This is
not an entry-level position — you need to have been in the field and know your way around a
panel, conduit, and basic troubleshooting.
What matters most to us: you show up when you say you will, you take pride in your work,
and you treat customers and teammates with respect. We can build skills. We can’t build
character.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
-EV charger installations (Level 2, Tesla Wall Connectors, hardwired and plug-in)
-Tesla Powerwall and battery backup system installationsSolar electrical tie-ins and disconnect work
-Main electrical panel upgrades and replacements
-Residential service calls and troubleshooting
You must be comfortable working in attics, on rooftops, and in Arizona summer heat.
Early start times (6 AM) are standard during summer months.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1 year of hands-on electrical or solar field experience — required
Clean driving record and background check — required
Able to work independently and follow install processes without step-by-step
supervision
Professional appearance and strong communication with customers
Someone looking to grow with a company long-term, not just looking for the next gig
