Conway Machine is the leading supplier of aftermarket repair parts for the Packaging Industry. We are searching for a new team member to handle our Horizontal Machining Center Setup and Operating responsibilities. The candidate must have proven experience setting up CNC Horizontal Mills in a production environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- *Preferred but not required* Set up, prove out and operate CNC programs on Horizontal Mills.
- Must be able to use tight tolerance inspection equipment.
- Some “Floor programming” will be required for prototype work.
- Interface with Production and Quality Engineering in coordination of projects, tool tests, quality issues, maintenance issues, and process changes to produce the best quality parts possible and optimizing machine performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years experience setting up and operating Horizontal CNC Mills
- Basic knowledge of programming
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Solid knowledge of GD&T Tolerancing
- Familiarity with current machining practices and tooling

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
