Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Participate in the interviewing process to select qualified candidates for store positions.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to supervise teams and manage employee performance effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
