Job Description Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Data Solutions, the Data Analyst/Engineer must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Data Analyst/Engineer who will assist with administrative and data-related tasks. This in-person position will be located at the Summit administrative building in Lawrenceville, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain data reports
- Collect, organize, and report on data to support business and operational decisions
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases and data systems
- Create and update dashboards
- Identify trends and patterns through data analysis
- Perform various other data-related functions as necessary
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in STEM, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1 year of experience within data analytics / data engineering preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools required
