Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our educational team. Current positions we are looking for are Middle/Highschool English and Social Studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, fostering their academic growth and personal development. This position requires a commitment to the welfare of children and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including but not limited to Math and Physical Education.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes child welfare.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Support students with special education needs by adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in private school settings is a plus.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
- Knowledge of special education practices and toddler care is highly desirable.
- Ability to tutor students individually or in small groups as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing the academic potential of every child.
