Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Department: Operations / Property Management
Work Type: Field-Based, Regional
Reports To: Regional Property Manager
About the Role
You'll be the go-to person keeping our Cleveland, Ohio region communities tour-ready. That means prepping homes for showings and move-ins, knocking out punch lists, installing and troubleshooting smart locks and cameras, and keeping properties looking sharp. You'll travel between communities in your region, work independently, and be the hands-on resource our sales and property management teams count on to keep things moving.
If you take pride in a job done right, like variety in your day, and are comfortable with both a drill and a smart lock app, this role is a good fit.
What You'll Do
- Prep homes for tours, inspections, and move-ins — complete punch lists, do final walkthroughs, and make sure every home is clean, functional, and presentable
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot keypad and QR-code door access, cameras, and cellular routers in model homes
- Keep tour routes and high-visibility areas of each community clean and well-maintained
- Install, move, and remove sales signage
- Hand off keys to buyers at move-in and support tours onsite when needed
- Flag issues that could delay a showing, closing, or inspection — and escalate anything that needs a vendor or manager
- Document completed work and home readiness status using our mobile tools
- Coordinate weekly priorities with your Regional Property Manager and the sales team
What We're Looking For

- Attention to detail and pride in how a finished home looks
- Comfort installing and troubleshooting basic technology and hardware
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between communities in your region
- Ability to work independently and prioritize what matters most each day
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting real estate sales, inspections, or leasing operations
- Familiarity with manufactured housing or residential communities
- Experience with access control systems, cameras, or smart-home technology
