Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
- Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly, replacing liners as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify and address cleanliness issues promptly
- Use commercial cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers efficiently and safely
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
