Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our innovative medical spa team. As a Nurse Injector, you will utilize your expertise in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other advanced esthetic procedures to provide exceptional care. Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and safety.
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet client needs.
- Provide expert skin care consultations, recommending suitable treatments such as chemical peels, dermal fillers, or laser therapies.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY; assist front desk staff as needed.
- Upsell products and services through engaging guest interactions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Stay current on industry trends by participating in product demos, social media management efforts, and continuing education in esthetic techniques.
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting skincare products and treatment packages effectively.
- Maintain detailed treatment records and client histories for quality assurance and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with certification in aesthetic injections (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers).
- Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with knowledge of injection administration techniques.
- Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Strong management skills to coordinate treatment schedules and client flow efficiently.
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, hair threading, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing, makeup application, straight razor shaving, deep tissue massage, and other beauty services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients confidently about procedures and aftercare.
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure client well-being at all times.
- Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes; experience with product demos is advantageous.
