Job Description
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible individuals to join our team as Playroom Hosts/Baristas. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with families, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming experience for families.
- Supervise and maintain a clean, safe, and organized play area.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, and light food items.
- Assist with party and event setup, including decorations and catering needs.
- Engage with children and parents, helping facilitate a fun and positive environment.
- Handle transactions, operate the register, and ensure accurate orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and play areas.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or childcare preferred.
- Experience as a barista is a plus but not required (we offer training!).
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact with both children and adults.
- Ability to multitask in a lively environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
