Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth within the education market. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in sales management, business development, and account growth
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of sales management or sales leadership experience.
Proven success leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong business development and strategic account management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities. Experience in education, publishing, instructional products, or a related industry is preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
