We're looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning how a business operates from both the customer-facing and management sides. You'll work closely with experienced leaders while gaining hands-on experience supporting daily operations, coaching a small team, and learning the fundamentals of business management.
We provide comprehensive training, so previous management experience isn't required. We're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Assist with overseeing the day-to-day activities of a small sales and customer support team.
- Learn the daily operations of the business, including reporting and team coordination.
- Help train, mentor, and support new team members through one-on-one coaching.
- Monitor team performance and provide encouragement and feedback to help maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist leadership with goal tracking, operational planning, and daily business priorities.
- Help resolve customer questions while ensuring every interaction is professional and solutions-focused.
- Participate in ongoing leadership and management training to prepare for increased responsibilities.
- Maintain a collaborative, organized, and team-oriented workplace.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn business operations, leadership, and team management.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
