Job Summary
We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our leadership team in a key management role. In this position, you will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire our pet care team, and ensure the highest standards of animal care, safety, cleanliness, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a true passion for working with animals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations of pet lodging, daycare, and grooming services
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and facility protocols
- Provide outstanding customer service to pet parents
- Monitor and support the health and well-being of all animals in our care
- Collaborate with other managers on process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
