Position Objective
We are seeking a licensed physician (MD or DO) to join our team as an Aesthetic Injector, delivering the full range of cosmetic injectable and aesthetic treatments. This is a part-time, self-directed role, ideal for a physician who wants to build and grow their own aesthetic practice within an established, fully equipped clinic. Our philosophy is centered on genuine relationships, thorough consultations, and customized treatment plans that not only meet but exceed each patient's goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxin (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Educate patients and build full-face treatment plans that incorporate additional aesthetic needs the estheticians can provide, such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and medical-grade skincare treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and good-faith medical exams, developing safe, customized, medically appropriate treatment plans
- Bring, build, and grow your own clientele — this is an entrepreneurial role for a self-motivated provider
- Own the full patient journey, including your own client follow-up, callbacks, and retention
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend medical-grade skincare
- Demonstrate strong retail skills, recommending products and cross-referring to complementary treatments
- Follow clinical protocols and accurately document all procedures in the medical chart
- Provide physician medical oversight consistent with Alabama regulations (willingness to serve as medical director or collaborating physician is a plus)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant treatment environment

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license (MD or DO) in good standing with the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners
- Training and hands-on experience in aesthetic and cosmetic injectables (neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulators)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current malpractice / professional liability coverage, or the ability to obtain it
- Located in or near the Birmingham, Alabama area — candidates local to the clinic are strongly preferred
- Commitment to ongoing training and continuing education in medical aesthetics
