We are looking for multiple Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team in Sutton, MA. ASAP!

Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:

5+ years of experience and licensed required or 10+ years of experienced if not licensed
HVAC/R License highly preferred
Experience working with commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R systems and equipment required
Experience performing Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat pumps, and RTUs required
Able to Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and performs repairs or component replacements, including compressors, motors, coils, and expansion valves required
Able to perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service work required
Experience with emergency service calls and able to work an on-call rotation required

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems—including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat pumps, and RTUs
Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs or component replacements such as compressors, motors, coils, and expansion valves
Performs preventive maintenance and scheduled service work, responds to emergency calls as needed, participates in the on-call rotation, and maintains accurate records and reports documenting work performed, actions taken, and recommended solutions
