About Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company
Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company provides post-construction cleaning, commercial janitorial, pressure washing, soft washing, and facility support services across Florida and Georgia.
We are hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members for a large post-construction multifamily apartment project located on the north side of Jacksonville.
This is a construction-site cleaning position. Applicants must be able to work at a consistent pace, follow instructions, meet quality standards, and help the team stay on schedule.
About the Position
This role may include post-construction cleaning, pressure washing support, soft washing support, exterior cleaning, and turnover cleaning during multiple project phases:
- Rough Clean
- Final Clean
- Puff / Touch-Up Clean
- Balcony, patio, breezeway, stairwell, and corridor cleaning
- Exterior soft wash and pressure washing support as needed
Applicants with pressure washing or soft washing experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience may be tested during the interview, orientation, or field evaluation process.

This is not a slow-paced residential cleaning position. Team members are expected to clean efficiently, stay productive throughout the shift, and complete assigned areas to company and project standards.
Employment beyond this project is not guaranteed and will depend on performance, reliability, company needs, and available work.
Pay & Bonuses
$17.00 per hour

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Some days may run longer depending on workload
- Some Saturdays may be required to stay on schedule
- Consistent availability is required
Applicants must be available for weekday mornings and occasional Saturdays.
Scope of WorkRough Clean
- Remove construction dust, debris, and light material residue
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Remove stickers, tape, film, and residue from windows, doors, appliances, and fixtures
- Wipe doors, trim, baseboards, shelves, framing, and accessible surfaces
- Clean tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, cabinets, and appliances
- Prepare units for builder punch
Final Clean
- Perform detailed top-to-bottom cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Clean cabinets inside and out
- Clean countertops, doors, trim, baseboards, appliances, mirrors, tile, and fixtures
- Clean interior glass, sliders, tracks, and touch-up windows as needed
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Ensure units are clean, streak-free, residue-free, and ready for inspection
Puff / Touch-Up Clean
- Remove dust, footprints, and residue from late trade work
- Re-mop hard floors
- Wipe high-touch areas, appliances, fixtures, showers, tubs, mirrors, countertops, and surfaces
- Spot-clean windows as needed
- Leave units inspection-ready and move-in ready
Pressure Washing / Soft Washing Support
Applicants with experience may be asked to assist with:
- Pressure washing patios, balconies, breezeways, walkways, corridors, stair landings, and exterior areas
- Soft washing lower building exteriors
- Removing dust, mud, construction residue, cobwebs, footprints, and surface debris
- Using controlled washing methods to prevent water from entering units
- Assisting with hoses, equipment setup, rinsing, squeegeeing, wet-vac use, and cleanup
- Protecting painted surfaces, doors, thresholds, landscaping, and finished areas
Pressure washing and soft washing experience must be real experience. Applicants who claim this experience may be asked to explain or demonstrate their knowledge of equipment, chemicals, safety, rinsing, and proper technique.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Post-construction, commercial, residential, detailed cleaning, pressure washing, or soft washing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to the North Jacksonville job site
- Smartphone with active service and ability to upload photos daily
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work at a steady production pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry supplies, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working around dust, noise, construction activity, trades, and active jobsite conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must follow jobsite safety rules and company policies
Construction Site Expectations
All work is performed in an active construction-site environment. Team members must:
- Follow supervisor instructions
- Stay in assigned work areas
- Wear required PPE when instructed
- Report damages, access issues, unsafe conditions, or missing materials immediately
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Avoid damaging finished surfaces
- Submit required completion photos
- Maintain professional behavior around the client, GC, trades, and other workers
