StorageMax is seeking a part-time Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team at our Mobile, AL location. You will help plan and facilitate all self-storage activities and transactions. This is a part-time position, 2-3 days a week. Must have Saturday availibility.
Responsibilities:
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Maximizing rental income
- Preparing rental agreements
- Handling financial transactions including payments, collections, and banking transactions
- Working knowledge of self-storage products and services
- Office and facility should be kept in a neat and orderly manner
- Maintaining general curb appeal
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A happy attitude
- Willingness to stand up and smile when someone walks through the door
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
