Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with caregivers, and ensure the highest standard of clinical care.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment recommendations.
Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary professionals as appropriate.
Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
