Our Expectations
- Address mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery, material handling equipment, and facility systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unexpected interruptions.
- Pinpoint problems related to hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, PLC-driven equipment, and automation components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Finalize work orders, keep detailed records of repairs, and provide supervisors with timely updates on progress.
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to facilitate accurate repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment, manage machine changeovers, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
- Uphold safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures to foster a secure work environment for all.
