Warehouse & Supply Chain Associate
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Supply Chain Associate to support our Distribution, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Operations teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and are committed to quality, organization, and teamwork.
Based on your experience, strengths, and business needs, you may be assigned to one of the following functional areas.
Distribution & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and process supplies and biological tissue donations.
- Stock inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory method.
- Apply labels and identification stickers to incoming materials.
- Maintain clean and organized distribution and storage areas.
- Obtain certificates for quarantined supplies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Complete waste disposal documentation in accordance with safety and compliance requirements.
- Manage and replenish company Costco shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Track deliveries and assist in resolving shipping issues.
Supply Chain Planning & Inventory
- Identify, locate, and organize inventory and supplies.
- Transfer materials between internal and third-party storage locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure inventory activities comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Regulatory Labeling Operations
- Assist with the creation, revision, and control of product labels.
- Support documentation and version control for clinical and commercial product labeling.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding label printing and packaging.
- Ensure labeling activities comply with applicable regulatory standards, including FDA and EU MDR requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, supply chain, or biotechnology is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
