Customer Service Representative
As a Permit Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping our customers obtain the permits they need to safely and legally transport oversized and overweight loads.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving OD/OW, Fuel, and Trip permit orders from customers by phone, email, and fax
- Entering and updating customer and vehicle information accurately
- Communicating with state Department of Transportation (DOT) offices
- Receiving and processing issued permits
- Completing customer orders and preparing them for invoicing
- Providing professional and responsive customer service
- Assisting Permit Consultants and other team members as needed
- Managing multiple requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven, customer-focused position where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes and computer systems

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office and Outlook experience
- Experience working with multi-line telephone systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous office or administrative experience
Experience with OD/OW permitting is not required. We will train the right candidate.

Available Shifts
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Occasional overtime may be required.
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
