We are hiring a friendly and outgoing Customer Service & Outreach Representative to support borrowers through inbound calls and proactive outreach. This role focuses on providing helpful information and friendly payment reminders. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from borrowers with general questions and account support
- Make outbound calls to provide courtesy reminders about upcoming first payments
- De-escalate customer issues using effective customer service techniques
- Leave professional, friendly voicemail messages when borrowers are unavailable
- Explain payment timing and options in a clear, supportive manner
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience
- Mortgage-related experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual is preferred
- Warm, friendly, and helpful phone presence
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Comfort with both inbound and outbound calling
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
